Had to weigh in early because I'm away this weekend :( I was up.

However it was an evening weigh in, and not a morning one like I usually go to... plus I have a few extra days before next week - so I am gonna try hard this week!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
