The weight is slowly creeping up again, but I got into my wife's baked goods a little last night. It never fails. I have a good legs and back workout tonight and I plan to do both Kenpo DVDs tomorrow.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 70.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
