Pigged out at the weekend, my son's birthday party, cake and pizza!!! Weight has stayed the same, but fat % gone up from 13.9% to 14.5%. Need to knuckle down this week if I am going to reach my target of 12% over the next two weeks before my hols!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
