Shopping at Costco today. It was nice to see friends again. Helped a few customers, after all I did work there for a few years. Got some good pickles, they'll be great on grilled cheese sandwiches. By the time we got to the checkout the cart I was pushing felt like it weighed 100 pounds. I'm sure it didn't but it felt like it. I still have some meat to split into serving sizes. It will wait until tomorrow. Apples slices and peanut butter for snack tonight.
173.1 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
