I have completely lost focus on this goal. The lil hourly exertions seem to have wained from routine again too... ugh! Where oh where has my commitment to health, wellness and exercise gone?
I will soon drum up the motivation to get back on track... sooner than later hopefully! No, I mean soon... this week - before the month-end... that is a promise to myself!!
