At a stand still right. Hopefully this week I will start seeing some bigger results!!! My body is craving water now so I know that is going to help plus this week I'm going to start trying to increase my walking time. Right now I do 30 min speed/ fast walking on the treadmill and every other day incorporate weight lifting. I'm hoping to increase my walking time to 45 min. Can't burn my self out. I am DETERMINED to lose this weight and get healthy!!!! Slow and steady wins the race!!!
206.7 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
