851 kcal Fat: 30.02g | Prot: 88.33g | Carb: 68.28g.   Breakfast: z chocolate ready to drink shake at 1115am, egg at 8am, a ww wheat bread at 8am. Lunch: healthy ones black forest ham, grapefruit, spring mix, celery , cucumber, salad spritzer, z lindora peanut butter crunch bar 530pm, red onion. Dinner: raspberries, starkist tuna, olive oil, spring mix, celery 830pm, cucumber, tomatoe, salad spritzer, lemon, red onion. Snacks/Other: chocolate ready to drink shake. more...
