Enough... yikes... I need to change the eating style I'm in... I've been in this rut toooooo long.
So today, I will try smaller meals 6times a day...

Trying to fit in the varies eating plans I've been on... both are good... its' just hard to eat to a book. I'd like to go with this 6x a day plan for two weeks and see what I come up with.

I'm hoping that the six times a day plan evens out my energy level... especially now that I'm adding more exercise into my day.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
