Counted calories this week. tried to stay under 1700. Seems to have helped! (as did the push from the second nurse to tell me to lose weigh)
141.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1574 kcal Fat: 49.43g | Prot: 31.37g | Carb: 238.81g.   Breakfast: Innocent Kiwis, Apples & Limes, Alpro Soya Almond Milk, Kellogg's Special K Red Berries. Lunch: Marks & Spencer Cheddar Cheese Ploughman's on Malted Bread. Dinner: Cranberry Juice, TGI Friday's Sweet Potato Fries, Sainsbury's White Burger Buns, Aldi Spicy Bean Burger. Snacks/Other: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cupcakes with Icing (Low Fat), Asda Digestive Biscuits. more...
