I haven't fallen off the wagon, but some things have definitely been tossed over. Need to exercise again, reduce after dinner snacks, and cut sugar . What to make of PBS show on eating more healthy fats?
211.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
