Towards the tail end of last year we had some pretty major financial setbacks - healthcare being the Macdaddy of them all.

My last A1C in September was 5.8 which really was incredible all things considered, but I felt for sure that this time - a week ago - it would have climbed up at least a whole point or two.

I was stunned (happily) to see that it had actually dropped to 5.4 which is technically not even pre-diabetic ... it's considered "normal". As in, "folks who don't have diabetes" normal. Pheewweeee!

I picked up walking again about 3 weeks ago. We're starting over. Yay!
235.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
