i feel good about the fact i was able to maintain, not gain, during the holidays. This week is my three month blood draw to monitor my diabetes and cholesterol problem so i will see if the changes have been helpful in keeping this in check.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
