Down those 2 pounds again.Started using slimfast twice a day along with glucosamman and 24hrs later weight dropped off.Found I had problems going to the bathroom so giving body time to catch up with a day off.500mg a capsule too strong for me, thank goodness I didnt take the dose rec as 2 x 3 times a day.Have a lower dose on order and see if my body handles that better.Initially only had a sample pack of 15 to try so little wasted.Fingers crossed for next time.Also, new lower dose also has raspberry and acai in it so tried the last 2 seperately and felt good so interested to see if all 3 work well.
