I'm feeling confident, I worked out for 3 weeks straight and took a day off... then started up again the next day like nothing is going to hold me back. I've finally noticed that the weight is coming off in a picture my sister and I took together, my face is smaller then other pictures of me... I can see the me I want to me inside those pictures and I just need to dig a little harder to pull that me out.

My daughter smiles at me when she watches me work out on the wii fit, and that smile makes it more and more worth it everyday. I'm planning on sticking around on this earth as long as possible, and I need to do my part to make that happen.

I'm a different person, I can feel it... because the old me would have done this for a week, and then given up. This me wants to succeed! This me is putting time into researching different methods, different eating habits, nutritional values, and much much more. This me found a wonderful website (thanks fatsecret!) that helps me lose the weight, that helps me track my progress, and allows me to log my daily activities...

What makes it better is the encouraging community, you run across a few people that make you feel a little down once and awhile, but when you think about it those people only want the same thing, for me to succeed. However, they experienced succeeding a different way and expect that because it worked for them it's the only thing that will work for me. I must say I respect different opinions because those opinions open up different thoughts that I might not have had, even though they might have made me feel down at the time.

We're all in this together, we're doing this for ourselves... and we ARE worth EVERY second of time we put into making ourselves who we want to be!
