Started running finally (although now that I say that, I will jinx myself and not today), but I found that Breyer's makes low carb ice cream. The only issue is that it's made with Splenda, which has maltodextrin, which makes it useless to me. It's doing mostly the right things, but it should really have something that doesn't affect the GI like malto. I did have a slice of pizza a saturday back, and then my weight plateaued for a bit, but now it's starting to drop, staying the same the days after I run (I assume for noob gains). FatSecret yelled at me to check, so I did.
