Starting to believe in the importance of staying hydrated, I've also been working on including various foods and eating a bit more creatively to make sure I get certain nutrients from my foods and not just my supplements (like calcium, vitamin C, iron, etc...).

I also notice that I crave gym time when I'm stressed since it's like my quiet ME time and it helps mellow me out. The results are starting to get notice from family too, which is pretty satisfying- it's not just how the clothes fit <3
155.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
