i started freaking out last night because of the possibility of diabetes, that i might have it. dry mouth, frequent urination, excessive hunger... but now that i think about it, i only experienced those yesterday, and it was cold and dry, plus i've changed my food habits back to weight-loss normal. i'll avoid freaking out, but for the moment, i will keep a diabetic diet, just in case. might also get a testing kit, to be sure. wondering if my panic attacks are coming back...
247.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
