I have enjoyed the new Oh Yeah protein bars. Still trying to find a good tasting protein shake though.
Hardest part is going to bed hungry. But the numbers on the scale keep going down so I am very motivated!!!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi, I have found that the best way to avoid excessive hunger at the end of the day is to leave room for at the end of the day for a protein shake. I use 1/2 cup of milk, a scoop of whey protein (Costco) and either frozen strawberries, or strawberries and a half of frozen banana, extra water for consistency sometimes. This is my "reward" as well to give me courage if I think I am going to freak out at dinner time. Just my two cents.

ty for ur help i will try that the latest i eat is 5:00pm and by six im at the track for at least 1 hr and i drink water after i come back
