Hi, I have found that the best way to avoid excessive hunger at the end of the day is to leave room for at the end of the day for a protein shake. I use 1/2 cup of milk, a scoop of whey protein (Costco) and either frozen strawberries, or strawberries and a half of frozen banana, extra water for consistency sometimes. This is my "reward" as well to give me courage if I think I am going to freak out at dinner time. Just my two cents.
