I am not sure how accurate the scale I have been using is. Sometimes it says I weigh 24 lbs, one time it said I weighed 5 lbs. But other times it tells me a more realistic number, and when I step off and step back on, sometimes it is the same number, and sometimes it is 10 lbs different. So basically, I am not sure if my weight in today is accurate, but its been too long since I've done one, so I just going to log it anyway.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
