I've not been tracking for ages, but I'm starting a new job a week on Monday, and I'm going from being on my feet in retail to sitting down in an office... I need to ensure my weight doesn't creep up, so will be trying to track more often again, and hold myself accountable to make better food choices (fingers crossed!)
