WTH is wrong with me. last week it was so much lower and this week boom back up? did I sabotage myself yet again because I was so close to my February mini goal. my answer yeah probably. could I chalk it up too much salty foods the last couple of days and not drinking enough fluids? maybe? or perhaps my own poor judgment of munching again after work. I know I've messed up somewhere and that equates to me not being very happy at all. however what has been messed up will be corrected. Like the old saying goes "if you first don't succeed, try, try again."
I do wish everyone a happy, healthy weekend.

134.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
