Eating healthy mostly organic/steamed/grilled. Keeping low calories. Drinking lemon water and honey every morning and no juices, sodas sugar, white flour products, no red meat.
111.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.9 lb a week
