Keep at it mamma. I have found several options that have drastically reduced my caloric intake and I eat quite a bit. There are the right bite 100 calorie snacks (but ya can only eat one at a time) There are also rice cake chips that are flavored which i like, even though I hate plain rice cakes. For breakfast I have changed to turkey bacon, I eat one strip, one piece of nature valley sugar fre wheat bread and one fried egg and get quite full. The rest of the meals I keep pretty much the same but just control portions. Try using a smaller plate to serve yourself on and it will cut your portions down alot. Good luck
