Slow going does the trick. Just gave up on all the junk food and sugar.
I basically follow a Paleo Diet, with exception of having a few beers over the occasional weekend.
207.5 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
