Trying this again with new goals.
Goals:
Decrease blood sugars to 120 or less
Decrease cholesterol to WNL
Decrease blood pressure to WNL
Walk 3rimes per week
Gym 2 times per week
Weight loss at sustainable level without obsession with diet
241.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
