I should of been down quite a bit more, but kind of let go a little too much over the weekend. Went out Friday and Saturday evenings. Friday wasn't too bad, I had a cup of Crab & Corn Chowder, Grilled Tilapia w/rice and black beans. But then had a milkshake for dessert. Then on Saturday, a co-worker who owns a burger joint, asked me to come and try his place. So a Tortilla Burger with Tots and a Vanilla Milk Shake then also. So I am just happy to be down a little.
206.5 lb Lost so far: 27.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
