So today, my waist it back at 36 inches, but my pounds off up to 18. I am literally 4 lbs from my goal. Albeit, the first goal. The second one will be a little harder. I need to determine what exactly that will entail. But as for now. I may just make this goal by Halloween, not Thanksgiving. Wooohooo.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
