I have lost about a pound in the last week which is on target if I eat the RDI suggested by the program. I have actually been eating consistently less than that amount so I wonder if my BMR is lower than calculated. On the other hand my blood sugar has been better than ever which I believe is due to reducing and controlling my carbs. I've also been able to reduce my daily insulin injection by about 10%.
315.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 115.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
