Well...let myself have a free day yesterday, and I don't regret it a bit. Feeling more motivated and hopeful that my gamble on a "carb day" pays off.
Hmmm, well maybe I regret it a little after logging it all in, I said I wasn't gonna do that so I didn't have to face it, but I did. It was a lot of food...But..."And away we go!!"....back in the saddle again.
