still not quite myself. feel drab, and down. normally I would be happy dancing at the fact there was a lower number on the scale, but I am just too tired to care.
I need to get myself out of this slump, without sabotaging my wgt loss. :/
I do hope everyone has a safe, happy and healthy weekend.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
