I killed my diet last night with beer and french fries. Now I have inflammatory reaction and water weight galore. Gotta start over but I can do it,lol. Ugh!
121.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Uh oh, that sounds miserable. Bet you'll remember that next time you think about doing that again! It won't really seem worth it next time, so that's a little benefit you picked up the hard way. :-) Good luck!
