It's Monday. I'm in a very foul mood today, got up on the wrong side of the bed. gggrrr
Anyways today I started a new routine of weighing in. It's when I first get up with pjs on. A kind of experiment, much like my food this week is going to be. So here goes nothing.
Like they say nothing ventured nothing gained.
Hope everyone has a healthy start to the new week ahead.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
