Getting serious in 2010. I lost 30 lbs (200 to 170) 4 years ago and now weigh 175. My problem area is my expanding waistline.
I need to try something different and I think this might work. I also need to change lifestyle and get back to exercise!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
