happy Friday and happy dance that I got to see a lower number on the scale this morning.
hope everyone has a great weekend.
to be positive is to think positive. :)
134.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
