Yesterday I was SO HUNGRY! I couldn't stop eating! Instead of focusing on calorie intake, I made sure I ate healthy. Salad, chili, cafe steamers with no pasta, naked juice, etc. I also had two chai tea lattes... I'm trying to cut dairy, but I think the cinnamon sped up my metabolism!?
I also kept saying "I feel thin" in my head all day. 😊
