Considering the amount of salt that is in the tuna I ate yesterday, I expected my weight to have gone up more. I know the water weight is only temporary though. I wish I could get some exercise in. Anyone else have trouble finding time to exercise?
119.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
