Just the same this week so having started the gym hoping it will gradually cause a weightloss for me. Even if its only a half pound a week am OK with that as long as it comes off and not on again.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
