I just try to eat healthy. Overall, that seems to be the Weight Watcher philosophy. I am in no great hurry, but every so slowly the weight does seem to be melting away. Lots depends on the amount of exercise I get. Trying to do more that just walk (1-3 miles daily) and yard work. The yard work kills my back, but it is good exercise. It is on tomorrow's agenda.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
