Yesterday was really disappointing. My weight was way up. I'm not sure why. I just need to stop with the snacking. I stayed away from the snacks for the most part yesterday and I'm at 206 today. I want to get down to 200 and try to maintain. This is my light week. I'm also going out to try and get some things for my wife for her birthday. She is not easy to shop for. S.
206.2 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
