In one week to be 162 lb 8.30 coffee with cream 9.00 - 9.40 AM gym 10.00 shower. 10.15 breakfast - 1 egg + cottage cheese 10.45 AM go to work 1.00 PM Lunch 4.00 - second Lunch 5.30 PM - Home - dinner 6.00 - 6.45 Gym 7 - kefir or vegetable drink or cheese with coffee 9.00 tea with pamplemuse 11.30 go to bed
