Had a rough day yesterday, ate candy but otherwise I have been doing okay. Not sure how you do these challenges. It didn't record my weight from last week. Oh well, I'll just keep plugging along.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
