wow it's Friday already. I have been so super lazy since Wednesday. oh well just need to take the weekend and readjust things.
however on the bright side I have lost a few more ounces so time to be thankful for the smaller things in life. :)
hope everyone has a great weekend.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
