Pizza at a training event and cereal before bed. I know exactly what I need to do to kick this weight. No carbs (bread, cereal, pasta, rice, potatoes) and no milk!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 91.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
