UGH!!!!!!

It is good you are back!!! I see you like McDonalds...try Burger King a whopper junior has lettuce, tomato, and onion..without the chees it is 330 calories and you can get onion rings for 150 calories, a side salad for 30......great meal!!! I have stopped losing, but I am not gaining.
