Finally starting to come down, in just 1 day - 600g gone! ... I haven't lost even 100g since 2 1/2 months back. Very strict now. Worked out my ratio's to the T, and I' going to "science" the day lights outta this banting!
197.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
