A pound in a week is good enough. Since I am closing in on my goal it is a bit harder to shed the weight... But besides that I want to make a healthy "soft" landing. It is too easy for me to become obsessed and go for unhealthy goals. I really need to take it easy as I come down to my goal weight and then work to maintain that.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
