I ate like crap yesterday, with my diet consisting mostly of cookies. In the bright side, I didn't eat much, in total. Still, not something I care to repeat. *Blergh* I'll track my food intake as best I can today: holiday party, followed by a promenade.
244.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
