Damm! Stress Eating is the worst. Had kept it in check, but gave in to the sweet tooth attack. So back on the program and extra time on the treadmill for me today.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
