How does this work? I just type whatever? okay here goes
I follow a type of intermittent fasting that is catered toward my schedule. I wake up at 8am every day and I get home from work by 740-8pm, where I stay at the gym until 830-9pm depending on whether it is rest/cardio day or workout/cardio day. This is a diet journal so I won't even hint on my exercise routine.
My first meal of the day is at 12:15pm, where I eat a large serving meal, typically moderate in carbohydrates and high in protein
ex - whole grain or white pasta with beef sauce beef sauce - ground beef tomato sauce sugar soy sauce ketchup
simmer for an hour. It comes out like a thick chili
ex - fish and a side - usually salmon. We eat a lot of salmon at my house
ex - 55g protein shake + oatmeal
My second meal of the day is whatever I manage to throw together in the morning. So it can be a hodgepodge of food. This is at 2:30pm
ex - 55g protein shake + oatmeal
ex - potato hash and meat sauce
ex - rice and eggs / spam / ground beef
ex - eggs and sausage
I then avoid eating for the rest of the day until i come home from the gym. At which point dinner is whatever is served.
ex - rice and fish
ex - pasta and chicken
Dinner usually has a serving of vegetables.
I do not consume multivitamins unless I am straying from my diet in a way where I suspect I will be deficit in some mineral or vitamin.
