Wow, I have fallen under the wagon. Lost 20lbs between Jan. 09 and April 09 and I have gained it all back. I have lost my motivation. I feel really defeated. My plan is to start all over again 1/1/10. I will not allow myself to gain more than 5lbs.....I cant keep doing this....Does anyone have any suggestions to which diet plan i should try this new year?
290.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

I recommend Protein Power, which is similar to Atkins but easier, and the authors explain the science behind it in a way that we can really understand. I believe it's easier to stick to it if you understand WHY. =) It's always easier to count carbs than calories, and it's really the carbs that are always the problem!
